Mr. Hussain passed the Bar Exam for the United States Patent and Trademark Office in 2006, becoming a Registered Patent Agent (Registration No. 59,026). He has since secured numerous patents for companies, including: For Siemens Corporation, he drafted and filed 12 patents in the area of biomedical devices. For Pioneer Energy, he developed the company’s intellectual property strategy, and secured 5 issued U.S. patents and one Canadian patent for the Company in the area of clean energy and clean oil production. For Senduzy Corporation, he obtained 2 patents in the area of consumer devices. For KD Secure, he has secured five issued U.S. patents and is currently obtaining 15 other patents, including foreign patents in Canada and European Union.
